Free family fun in Head Lake Park!

Experience fall at its fullest as you take in the activities of the annual ColourFest. Brought to you by the Municipality of Dysart et al.

ColourFest Activities

• Face painting by Pockets the Clown
• Inflatable games, including axe throwing and basketball
• Classic carnival games like cornhole and more
• Activities offered by Fleming College School of Art + Design and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry
• Mask creation hosted by the Haliburton Highlands Museum
• A craft at the Dysart Branch of the Haliburton County Public Library
• Treats for the sweet tooth, cotton candy by the Rotary Club of Haliburton
• Hot dogs and drinks for sale by the Rotary Club of Haliburton
• A showcase of classic cars by the Haliburton Highlands Time Travellers
• A showing of Plein Air art at Rails End Gallery & Arts Centre
• Pumpkin Rolling Contest brought you to by the Rotary Club of Haliburton (starts at 2:30 p.m. on York Street, Haliburton)

Volunteers Needed!

2 or 4 hour shifts available between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Volunteers will be assigned a station which could be assisting with games, food, contests, etc.

Perfect for high school students that need volunteer hours! Or anyone who wants to help make this community event happen.
