Notice to Amend 2024 Road Naming By-Law

Notice of Naming of all Public/Private Roads

Take notice that pursuant to the Municipal Act 2001, c.25, as amended, the Dysart et al Council, at their regular meeting to be held on August 27, 2024, will be considering a by-law to name all public and private roads, as required, to accommodate the following road additions: 

• Burnt River Lane
• Forest Trail
• Gonnsen Trail
• Luvit Lane
• White Fawn Trail

One name change is included to correct the spelling of Tattersall Road (previously spelled “Tattersal Road”).
