Notice to Amend Fee By-Law for the Evergreen Cemetery

Evergreen Cemetery Maintenance and Management Fees

Dysart et al Council, at their June 13, 2023 meeting, will be considering changes to By-Law 2021-92, being a by-law to impose fees and charges for the Evergreen Cemetery.

To account for rising licensing fees and operating costs, the following fee increases are proposed effective July 1, 2023:

Casket Interment (Adult)

• Current Fee: $450.00
• Proposed Fee: $550.00

Casket Interment (Infant/Child)

• Current Fee: $300.00
• Proposed Fee: $400.00

Cremation Interment

• Current Fee: $250.00
• Proposed Fee: $275.00
