Complete the steps below if you are interested in planning and booking an event at one of the public parks or facilities within Dysart.
Step 1: Check the availability of the venue with the booking municipal facilities and/or parks.
- For additional information or to inquire about road closures for special events call Andrea Mueller at (705) 457-1740 ext. 635.
- To book the museum call Kate Butler at (705) 457-2670.
- For all other inquires please call (705) 457-1740.
Step 2: Answer the following questions:
- Is this a new event or is your event undergoing significant changes? AND
- Are you looking to book one of the public parks or request permission for road closures?
If you answered yes to both of these questions please contact Mallory Bishop at 705-457-1740 x. 631 or mbishop@dysartetal.ca to book a delegation to Council.
If you answered no, proceed to Step 3.
Step 3: Complete a Park Use Agreement and/or a Special Events Permit for Roads and Sidewalks.
These agreements are required for all new or returning events. The agreements can be found on the Facility Rentals and Locations page.

Step 4: Complete the Application for Waste Management Services at Special Events on Municipal Property.

- Complete the Application for Waste Management Services at Special Events on Municipal Property. An event organizer must complete this application a minimum of six weeks in advance of the event’s start date.
